Forgot Tag

Hi,

I enabled dest tag on my XUMM wallet and obviously did not give me a tag number. I withdrew XRP from Coinsmart without putting the tag. The funds did not arrive and it shows that the transaction failed as I did not put anything in the tag. Now I know that no tag is required to send to my address in XUMM if I had not enabled it.
I contacted Coinsmart and they said they had fully processed the transaction and would have to contact XUMM but I am afraid they can't do anything since this is my own address on the ledger and XUMM is not an exchange.

How can I recover these funds now? your help would be appreciated
