20 XRP Koinex Transfer to Toast Wallet failed - tecNO_DST_INSUF_XRP

Instead of 21 XRP, i have transferred 20 XRP from Koinex to Toast Wallet. My Toast wallet haven't received 20 XRP but from Koinex my 20 XRP is deducted. How to get back my 20 XRP. Koinex Transaction status shows Processed "tecNO_DST_INSUF_XRP". How to get back my 20 XRP

Someone at ripple needs to monitor the gateways. I noticed one of them isn't using the destination tag feature, and creating a ripple address per account. This will soon get out of hand, with the ledger having millions of entries already
