Don't know if it makes sense to use secret management for the password, or link to the secret management doc for more info

Yes, let's advice users to use secrets here.

@tomasz-sadura and @nicolaferraro. I've updated the text so that users know there is an alternative to adding plain text. I'm just worried that if we add secret management, and a BYOC customer doesn't have this feature enabled then they are blocked.

Review deadline: 29 November
Updates RP Connect documentation for Dedicated LA launch. Update to What's new will be in a separate PR.
Link to the Manage Secrets page will not work until a separate PR is merged.
