Stop sending spurious reconciler events for StorageCluster Controller

Hi,

• I'm relatively new to the code base and when I'm adding new code I saw some spurious reconciler events which tripped me into observing false positives
• I did a quick debug and found the event is being triggered every minute due to Owns on CephCluster CR

  ocs-operator/controllers/storagecluster/storagecluster_controller.go

  Owns(&cephv1.CephCluster{}).

• I believe the fix is straightforward, exclude Metadata and no status change for concerned fields, however I'm unsure if there's any component riding on this buggy behavior so raising this issue.
