The following error is diplayed when the plugin is activated

Security Error
The requested address was not found on this server.
Request blackholed due to "csrf" violation.

Cake Version : 2.3.7
Croogo Version : 1.5.3

yup.. activating the plugin is not trivial.. i'll try to adjust using migrations plugin soon

Use Migrations and move post install tasks to migrations file

- Skip hooks when tables are not migrated. Closes #7
- When loading data, don't hijack original site as 'All Sites'. Closes #6.
