Upgrading leaflet-geosearch to version 3.0.0 or higher to resolve accessibility issue found in #1002.

The accessibility spec for this ticket is skipped in spec/features/accessibility_spec.rb

Upgrading leaflet-geosearch requires upgrading leaflet to 1.6.0.
