It should be possible to enable/disable it while running.

Curious to know how the mask estimator works on an actual flight? For the Horus Binary v1 mode I don't think it'll give that much extra performance benefit.

This is actually a bit more work than I thought... for now I'm just going to grey out these fields to indicate to the user that they cant be changed while the modem is running. It should be possible to edit them while its running, but it requires more changes to the underlying FSK modem than I am able to do right now...

v0.1.14 greys out these selections when the modem is started. Still need to modify the underlying modem to allow changing this while its running
