Support setting pos field on banner and video

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We've had a request to be able to specify imp.banner.pos and imp.video.pos in the OpenRTB. There's apparently evidence that bidding is better on legitimately Above-the-Fold units.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Documentation about how to use the generic OpenRTB ability to set pos for banner and video.
