The map, examples.map-vyofok3q, was taken down so the mapbox baselayer won't load as called in the time_lapse function.
I talked with a mapbox developer who said, "example map ids are occasionally rotated as they are not really meant to be used anywhere except the examples on mapbox.com"
It may be better to allow the user to enter a custom baselayer rather than just a type
