Exit pages broken when filtering by referrer

I'm not 100% sure, but I feel like showing exit pages when filtering by referrer is broken.

1. Filter by a referrer.
2. Show exit pages.
3. Find that the shown exit pages are mostly the same as "Pages" and "Entry Pages", and the actual exit page for the session is not shown.

It's hard for me to exactly pinpoint the issue, but I feel like the data shown to me in Pirsch isn't quite correct. Also from my experience using other analytics tools, I should be expecting certain exit pages for my site, while they're not shown in Pirsch.

This will be fixed with 3.0, as it will roll forward session data. Right now, the entry/exit page is unknown for requests made in between page views.
