Add text in popup. Also add a glossary/methods page.

@balhoff How about "Overall similarity of a gene phenotypic profile and an evolutionary profile is the median Match Information Content of each Gene Phenotype in the gene phenotypic profile and its best matching Taxon Phenotype in the evolutionary profile."
