native language wrappers on API

I'd like a native Ruby wrapper, I'm sure others want R, Python.

• The shared unit test approach we used on the OTOL was really successfull in unify an approach across languages

This should be possible via Swagger code generation. If it doesn’t work we can tweak the Swagger JSON.
