What would be the best way to incorporate environmental data? Is it possible to link phenoscape and other semantic phenotype representations to ENVO?

In this vein, how might we query, "what phenotypes (or subset thereof) are most frequently associated with a particular set of environmental conditions?", or vice versa.

Could this proposal be merged with the phenopackets project? Likewise the habitat descriptions in ENVO borrow from plant domain ontologies - maybe this makes sense all together?
