Version 1.2 Beta 4

Editing and saving of Locations for WorldTimes screen(s).
Rewrote INI file class. No longer uses Win32 API. (Hopefully helps with false positives in MS Defender)

Feature complete I think. Some low priority functionality and tidying up to do.
