Settings dialog:
- More cities available to select for the World Tiimes
- Changed the control used to display the Screen icons due to limitations with the previous one.
- Improved cities searching and selecting
World Time screen:
- Now supports the display of 24hr time
- Improved the formatting of the next/prev day and AM/PM indicators
- Fixed the centering of the board
- Better error handling. eg in case Time Zone IDs are ever changed. (rarely happens)
