Describe the bug

Why is this an actual issue, but users are doing it so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Steps to reproduce the problem

What were you doing when you encountered the problem?

  1. Uploader creates a sample on a project
  2. On IRIDA, move or delete the sample
  3. Uploader attempts to upload the data to said sample
  4. hard crash

Expected behaviour

Error message instead of hard crash

If a sequencing run would have the files hidden by default and then reveals them when complete, this issue would be fixed from the IRIDA side.

"Set Sequencing Run to COMPLETE" step from phac-nml/irida#1138
