Summary

Microsoft doesn't seem to like supporting the Ruby ecosystem and azure-storage-blob is deprecated and has been removed from Rails 8. Thankfully an alternative has been developed called azure-blob. We need to migrate over to this new gem and remove our old azure-storage-blob overrides located in lib/azure/storage.
