attempted install, internal speakers and headphone jack no longer work

Hey, I know this is a long shot, but I attempted to use this as a way to fix an issue on my Galaxy Book Pro 360 where the audio jack would refuse to recognize any audio input, and afterwards the internal speakers and headphone jack stopped working. I uninstalled and reinstalled numerous versions of audio drivers (both using your program and official driver install methods) and even did a Windows reset to no avail. Is there something I'm missing? I can get USB-C dock audio working fine. At this point I'm wondering if something is wrong with my motherboard. The solution to my problem was probably not this program, perhaps me being reckless, but if you or anyone else has a deeper understanding of what may be going on to help me before I consider sending in my laptop for a possible motheboard replacement it would be greatly appreciated.
