Describe the bug
PhysSound network events are causing Buffered events, likely causing performance issues in active instances. Due to this, I have disabled Physound in The Great Pug until it is fixed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Use PhysSound, have lots of people make lots of sounds with clinking glasses, etc.

It appears this asset will never be supported in VRCSDK3, and the bugs it has will not be addressed in VRCSDK2.

Open Beta Announcement:

 - Not supported in VRCSDK2 or 3: Dynamic/Volumetric Fog and Mist, Post Processing v1
 - Not supported in VRCSDK3: PhysSound, Realistic Eye Movements, Unity Standard Assets

I am guessing content creators will be instructed to build their own equivalent with Udon.

Maybe an idea to code a PhysSound replacement in UDON2 when it releases?
