Emails coming from a certain address are automatically marked as resolved

When emails are received from a certain address, they are automatically marked as resolved. Can anyone help me solve this issue?

Based on the logs, there are 6 actions related to each of these emails, starting with Inboxes::FetchImapEmailsJob. In that very first action, the status is already "resolved".
