I’m experiencing an issue with the WhatsApp integration in Chatwoot. When I send messages using templates through the Chatwoot API, the messages are successfully sent to the recipients, and the conversation is created in Chatwoot. However, the template messages do not appear in the Chatwoot interface.
The webhook for the WhatsApp API is correctly configured, as other messages (non-template) are synchronized without issues.
Template messages are approved in the WhatsApp Business platform and are sent successfully.
No relevant errors appear in the logs.
Environment:
Chatwoot version: 3.15.0
Deployment type: Docker
WhatsApp API provider: Meta
Please let me know if additional logs or details are required to investigate this issue.
