负载均衡同域名https问题 #109

考虑同域名不同location添加多个负载均衡的情况，有以下测试结果

只要有一个域名开启了https，那么其他域名即使设置https为关闭，最终ingress中https也是开启
ssl-redirect 需要针对每个location单独设置

因此，需要做以下改进：

当本域名有不止一个负载均衡配置时，需检测https设置和本域名其他负载均衡是否一致，不一致时，应拒绝提交
