List of externally defined extensions

Since v1.1 allows for custom extensions I think it would be useful to have a list of custom extensions that people have defined and that other could also implement.

Here is a start. Once we have a few we can move it to a dedicated page, like the list of public end-points.

• CSV-ResultFormat: Adds a $resultFormat=CSV to get results in CSV format
• EntityLinking: Adds custom entity links (links between arbitrary entities, that can be used in $expand and $filter
• GeoJSON-ResultFormat: Adds a $resultFormat=GeoJSON to get results in GeoJSON format
• OpenAPI: Adds a /vx.y/api path with an OpenAPI document
• DeepSelect: Adds the ability to $select into complex properties.
• SelectDistinct: Adds the ability to select all different existing values of (a set of) properties
• JsonBatchRequest: Adds OData JSON batch requests, as an easier-to-use alternative to the Multipart batch requests.
• ResponseMetadata: Adds the ability to reduce or extend the returned metadata for responses
