Some MaStR power plant geometries lie within the sea and therefore do not get allocated to any grid. PV plants without a grid ID:

E.g.

SELECT SUM(capacity) FROM supply.egon_power_plants_pv
WHERE bus_id = -1

yields 5.3 MW for PV and 343 MW for wind.
