Relex errors: how much and how many

Questions using "how much" or "how many" can't work unless there is a noun after them, i.e. "how much television do you watch?" works but "how much did it cost?" does not.

For "how much" relex outputs a query-flaf but no quantity() relation if there is no noun.

For "how many" it does not ouptut a query flag or quantity relation if there is no noun, and it interprets "how many" as a poly-word but not a q-word.
