The menu should support 3-levels:

OpenAIRE Guidelines for Literature Repositories
- Application Profile
  - 1. Creator

instead of

OpenAIRE Guidelines for Literature Repositories
- Application Profile
- 1. Creator

I've made a fix in the Sphinx theme on http://github.com/lnielsen/sphinx_rtd_theme that works locally, but I have problems when installed on readthedocs.org
