I can fix this in obi_edit.owl. How should that be timed relative to the release based on https://github.com/obi-ontology/obi/raw/rc-2018-08-27/obi.owl

There's an obo:IAO_0000116 (editor note) annotation axiom on obo:BFO_0000001 (entity) that says rdfs:seeAlso http://www.referent-tracking.com/_RTU/papers/CeustersICbookRevised.pdf. That link is broken. Use http://www.referent-tracking.com/RTU/files/CeustersICbookRevised/1.0/CeustersICbookRevised.pdf

I don't want to modify the master branch until we release (and merge) this release candidate. The easiest thing would be to wait for a week then make this small fix.

The offending string "_RTU" doesn't appear anywhere in src/ontology/obi-edit.owl and entity "BFO_0000001" doesn't appear anywhere in src/ besides src/ontology/obi-edit.owl.

I get the sense that the BFO_0000001 annotations are coming from "something upstream", but I don't see them in the ontofox output files (which are in the previously mentioned src/ folder.)

Anyway, it appears that the broken link in the BFO_000000 annotations originates in the BFO owl artifact and has been propagated elsewhere.
