Distill whisper is MIT even though some datasets are NC. The discussion for that is here:
huggingface/distil-whisper#7

Would it be possible to follow suit for this model, and change the license for those willing to follow the argument for distil whisper?

Unfortunately i can not change the license due to the commercial interests of nyra health gmbh itself. If that will change in the future i will update you. If you would also be interested in purchasing a commercial license lmk and i will bring it up in the next meeting.

I would be interested in a commercial license. Have had trouble finding a GPU-ready, self-hostable, verbatim ASR model.
