A simple Windows GUI utility for converting videos into gifs using FFmpeg.
- Download FFmpeg for Windows here http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/ and extract it anywhere you want;
- Start Video2Gif.exe, enter the path to ffmpeg.exe in the first field and to a video in the second;
- Plays with the available options then click Convert to create your gif.
