Upcoming 24.11 change to os-release in Nixpkgs impacting srvos server profile

A pull request has been submitted to the Nixpkgs repository to modify the logic of the networking.fqdnOrHostName option. This change is particularly relevant to srvos users, as the server profiles in srvos set networking.hostName = ""; by default.
