Describe the bug

The Orders of Ordered List are reset by using Code Block

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://ui.toast.com/tui-editor' or your preview area on Toast Editor
  2. Enter Code Block between the Ordered List
  3. You can see the orders are reset

Expected behavior

i think it is natural to keep orders of the Ordered List

Additional context

i dont know why it happens. it does not happen at the viewer but preview of the editor.
