The December core update likely broke the integration

Detailed description πŸ“‹

Since the rollout of the December beta of Home Assistant Core the lunar-phase integration fails to load - if that's not just coincidence …

Trying to re-add it also results in this error message:

 Config flow could not be loaded: 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble

The library ephem was changed to version 4.1.6 in core by this https://github.com/home-assistant/core/pull/127761/files

This integration wants 4.1.5.

Changing manifest.json and restarting HA fixed it for me.
