Implementation of nf-core module UNTAR

Description of feature

The pipeline uses a custom UNTAR module to unpack bin gzipped files. As there is a module on nf-core already that implements untar, in future we can switch to the nf-core version of the module. Though I a smaller test the file and directory structure deviated a lot from what the pipeline currently uses.
