Steps to reproduce

  1. Have a large number of unread messages that need multiple AI summary calls
  2. One of the batches does not contain visible message (e.g. just reactions)

Expected behaviour

Summary should not fail, as there are tasks running

Actual behaviour

Error message is shown for the offset that does not contain visible messages, but doesn't take other running processes into account.
