This is quite difficult to implement, since the information on what Gradle versions are supported by each NeoGradle version is not stored anywhere in a convenient format for use by the projects listing page. Additionally, the design of this feature ought to be in a way that is generalizable for any project which requires Gradle, or even beyond that for any project that requires a specific version for a 'base component'.
