[BUG] BGG imports sometimes have the English entry marked as a different language

Describe the bug
Imports from BGG appear to sometimes assign the wrong language to the top entry.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Look at this earlier import:

1. It shows the title in Chinese
2. Click on Edit
3. There is no English language title, the top entry is in English but says it is Romanian.

Expected behavior
The English language title should be specified as English.

Additional context
I think this is an error on import, as I checked a few with the wrong language title and they all seem to have the first entry in English, but tagged as some other language.
