Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When following NeoDB users from Bookwyrm it has very limited functionality, as Bookwyrm only generally shows book status changes, reviews, comments, etc, for Bookwyrm users.
Describe the solution you'd like
When following Bookwyrm users, or followed by Bookwyrm users, the books (only books!) should federate - with reviews - across the two platforms. Bookwyrm users should see the books of NeoDB users being commented on, reviewed and moved between shelves the same as they would for a Bookwyrm user. I think reviews from Bookwyrm should show up in the microblog, but this is not ideal.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe a search for a Bookwyrm book URL could import the book until full federation is implemented? I did try this out of curiousity and it causes an internal error.
Additional context
I realise this is probably quite a large request, but better integration and federation between similar platforms would be most welcome. I'm not sure how Bookwyrm determines whether the followed users are on Bookwyrm, so it's possible something may need to be changed there too to properly federate books and reviews.
