floating plasma panel not respected by gaps when maximized #18
Comments
Are you using the stock Plasma panel, or Latte dock? |
I'm using stock Plasma panel |
Please check whether the issue still persists with the update I just released. |
Thanks for having a look at this. I have installed the new update. but the issue still persists. See the screen record below. windowgaps.webm |
Hi, I am using latte dock but the gap doesnt work well with the top dock, is there any way to config it? |
I'll look into it. |
Latte is no longer maintained and I am not using it myself, so I can't help with it right now and likely won't support it in the future, sorry. |
Hi I just switch to stock panel and the script work for me, with top floating panel, always visible, adaptive opacity. Maybe you need to uncheck the script > apply > check the script > apply for it to take effect? |
My top and bottom plasma panels are floating, so I set Window Gaps to be floating top and bottom (screenshot 1) and gaps when maximized, but maximizing doesn't create a gap at top or bottom. In addition, the plasma panel still maximizes (Screenshot 2, I assumed it wouldn't change).
Settings:
Appearance (panel maximized rather than floating, no gaps top and bottom)
