Global nominee, Local event winner rights violation.

My name is Ilya Pushkaruk, I am the captain of team "Elias Lucky", I am the participant and winner of the Nasa Space Apps Challenge 2024 in local event Almaty.

I won in a Local event in Almaty, Kazakhstan, but I wasn't added to the list of the global nominees. Why? How did that happen?
My project is worth your attention. My project is very useful for the scientific community, my project is the Constructor for creating Planetary Systems in the Milky Way Galaxy.

I'm the representative for our team Senku Space and we are also in the same situation as your team. We were nominated the local winner in Vietnam but were not chosen. After checking all the other global nominees and global finalists that are sent today, our team decided to email NASA Space Apps to be examined by global judges.
