timescale not showing up for large audio files

Issue:
When adding a large audio file which has total playback time beyond 3 minutes, the timescale is not rendering.

Enhancement Request:
While checking the TimeScale.js, i could see the formatTime function only has minutes and seconds, it would be great if the timestamp support can be added for hours as well.
