Quadrant ID Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quadrant ID, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Quadrant ID.

2. Account Creation and Management

  1. Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to create and maintain only one account. The creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If it is discovered that a person has multiple accounts, the additional account(s) will be terminated.
  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Prohibited Activities

  1. Reverse Engineering and Hacking: Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or hack into the production version of Quadrant ID or its associated API keys. Any such activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the offending account.
  2. Unauthorized API Interactions: Users are prohibited from interacting with the MrQuantumOFF.DEV API using any methods other than those provided officially by MrQuantumOFF.DEV, such as the MrQuantumOFF.DEV website or the Quadrant app.

4. Appropriate Use of Names

  1. Inappropriate Names: Users must not use inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise unacceptable names within Quadrant ID. Any names deemed inappropriate by Quadrant ID administrators will require immediate change, and failure to comply may result in account termination.

5. Termination

Quadrant ID reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to, breach of these Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

Quadrant ID reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of Quadrant ID following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
