A bunch of Rust tests have been written. Enough substance to start refactoring into a basic rust client, re-using BB rs client for boilerplate.

Re-assessing this:

refactoring tests to use rust client seems low-value atm, and
unclear how useful rust client will be immediately v TS client, considering UI
boilerplate is in and working, and allows creating a mfi group and listing mfi groups

Consequence: leaving it as is for now. It can be quickly extended as needed.
