This plugin is unmaintained w/ outstanding PRs for critical issues

Can we transfer ownership of this repo to someone who will maintain it? There are critical issues (such as not being able to trigger jobs that are in folders) that need to be resolved.

Hi brandon,
I have made the changes to overcome this but we need to compromise on encoding the characters while triggering the jobs in a nested folder. Let me know if I can raise a PR so that you can review and give some suggestions on it.

@Suren92 I guess raising the PR and asking for feedback is a faster way to get feedback than asking one person, if it is okay to raise a PR. More people can also pitch in give you feedback.

@morficus is this plugin still maintained? there are several bug fixes in https://github.com/jenkinsci/parameterized-remote-trigger-plugin/pulls that would be quite nice to have
