Hi please can anyone help me out with the set up.

Been stuck at "An error has occurred: Could not open file
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\RarSFX0\stub\xeno rat
client.exe for reading. Error: 00000003"

And i followed a tut where 1414 port inbound rule was enabled but my rdp have a different port. Could that be the problem?
