OS: Linux Only applies to the Linux build. Priority: High Something essential that should be done in this release, as soon as possible. Size: Small Something that may take a day at most to do. Type: Bug Something that should work/look one way isn't quite doing that. Where: Engine This is something that will be done in the base engine.

Describe the bug

running the game on a lower resolution than native makes the game render only a cropped portion of the top left corner, with the size depending on how much lower the resolution is from native. the hud seems to render fine.

this has been reported in the discord before, but i don't think its been reported here and its still an existing issue. only happens on linux and apparently started happening once dxvk was implemented.

@chovelyoukai does this happen to you too? Throwing it in 0.10.0's board because we need to fix this for public release.
