It's been three years since the last release. Should a new one be tagged?

Hi @mitchellh. Hope you are good. Do you have time and resources to review this user request?

It looks like gox is the only cross-compile tool that is left out there. All others listed in https://github.com/mitchellh/gox#versus-other-cross-compile-tools are already archived. @davecheney specifically links to this article about native cross-compilation in Go 1.5.

So I wonder, maybe it is time to update project status in addition to adding another tag here?
