I'd like for the table in the README to be generated with a mise task based on the plugins rather than needing to be maintained manually.

I tried to work on this but noticed the list is already available in the docs.

How about replacing the list in the README with this link instead?
My apologies, I didn't realize it already moved to the main repository.
