Digiline connection to chests #599

Hi!
It would be great, if I could connect the chests to a digiline, and ask, if the chest holds an item, and the amount.

fyi: this is already possible with the chests from technic_plus (https://github.com/mt-mods/technic/blob/master/technic_chests/digilines.lua)

(sorry for the shameless plug but i don't see this addition coming here soon 🤷)
