On my server I deleted this line, because I want to sprint even if I have fast privilege:

stamina/init.lua

not minetest.check_player_privs(player, {fast = true}) and

It seems like this could be a config option. That should be pretty easy for someone to implement; any takers? I'd recommend keeping the current behaviour as the default.
