Hopper mode on/off textures should be language agnostic #18

The new hopper mode on/off textures use the english words ON and OFF. I think it would be preferable to use a more universal symbol such as those shown in this image search: https://duckduckgo.com/?t=ffsb&q=computer+power+on+off&iax=images&ia=images
